Test & Calibration Equipment
Vyas Industrial is your trusted supplier for high-quality Test & Calibration Equipment, providing essential handheld tools that ensure the accuracy and reliability of your critical process instrumentation. Sourcing from global leaders like Druck, Fluke, Additel, and Wika.
Maintaining calibrated equipment is vital for safety, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency, and we supply the precise tools you need to perform quick, accurate, and traceable calibration right in the field.
Our Handheld Calibration Tools Range
We specialize in handheld calibrators and test kits, focusing on portability and ruggedness without sacrificing laboratory-grade accuracy. Our selection includes everything from pressure test kits and digital test gauges to advanced loop, pressure, and temperature calibrators.
We supply essential handheld and portable equipment for on-site verification and calibration:
How to select the correct Calibration Equipment
We have a track record of delivering significant extension and expansion projects for buildings as diverse as schools, leisure centres, churches, and industrial units – providing much needed space and new facilities for our clients. We are used to working in close proximity to occupied buildings.
Identify the Parameter:
Determine what you need to calibrate (e.g., pressure, temperature, current loop, voltage). This dictates the fundamental type of calibrator required.
Define the Range and Accuracy
Specify the full-scale range (e.g., $0-100\text{ bar}$) and the required measurement uncertainty (accuracy) of the process instrument you are testing. The calibrator must have a range that covers this and an accuracy rating that is typically four times better than the instrument under test.
Determine Required Functionality
Decide if you need a source function (the ability to generate a signal) or only a measure function. For example, a loop calibrator should be able to measure and source mA/V signals.
Consider Portability and Environment
Since these are handheld units, assess the working environment (hazardous area, dirty field site, lab bench). Choose a calibrator with the appropriate IP rating (ingress protection) and ruggedness for the job.
Review Manufacturer Compatibility and Traceability
Ensure the equipment is from a recognized, quality manufacturer (like Fluke or Wika) and comes with the necessary NATA-traceable calibration certificates to meet your industry standards.
